Call me John or Jane … whatever

Sex change has to be a big burden for anyone.  Your entire life you feel like you’re the other sex but can’t quite get there.

But the process to commit to the gender switch is not a straight line.  It’s not like you can walk into some Swedish doctors office and say …  “Hi my name is Lisa and I am a woman but I have always felt like a man – so seal it up, sew me on a crank and call me Nick” …

Wrong

In order to switch genders you have to do more than just be tired of looking at your original genitals.  Doctors don’t want to start slicing off cocks and stitching up labias just because some people are lonely or bored.

You have to live as the other sex for a year or so before the surgery.  You also have to take hormone treatments and go to therapy – all while living as your original sex.  Quite the conflict I would guess – during this time period when someone tells you to “Go fuck yourself” you literally have no clue where to start.

I heard of a guy who wanted to be a woman so he started the process.  He bought an artificial vagina and kept it in his refrigerator while he went through the year long process before surgery.  Between the breast implant cost and the fact that he knew if he switched to a woman he could no longer parallel park, he cancelled the surgery and ate the vagina.

Certainly your average looking new-gender guy – who used to be a girl – is better looking (relatively speaking) than your average looking new-gender girl – who used to be a guy.

Switching from girl to guy seems easier … it seems if you just squirt a little testosterone into girls that you can turn them into guys.

You can butch-up a bitch pretty quickly.  Strap one on and it’s done.

But guys can hormone treat themselves and shave all they want, but it’s near impossible to hide that Y chromosome from the world.

Drag queens?  Now no one knows what’s going on there.
